SOUTHBURY, CT — A 180-unit elderly housing complex will be constructed at the former Southbury Training School property after the project received a <a href="http://www.rep-am.com/local/news-local/2018/11/03/affordable-housing-on-track-for-former-southbury-training-school-property/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">key approval</a> last week, the Republican-American reports. The development will be on 45 acres of land. Pierce Hollow Village Inc. is the developer of the project and will seek federal funds to help construct the development.
