2 Teens Charged With Arson In Southbury Fire: Report

SOUTHBURY, CT — Two teens, Vincent Keller and Christopher Sakowicz, both 18, of Stratford are facing first-degree arson charges and more for their alleged role in a fire that occurred on Jan. 15 at a cottage on the Southbury Training School property, the Republican-American reports.

The cottage has since been razed. The two teens have also been charged in connection with the historic Shakespeare Theater.
