SOUTHBURY, CT — A section of Strongtown Road in Southbury remains closed because of an ongoing construction project, according to police.
Southbury police said the closure remains in place near the intersection of Munn Road, with local traffic only restrictions currently active in the area.
Police also reminded drivers that Munn Road is designated as “No Thru Trucks.”
According to authorities, all truck traffic should instead use Exit 15 as the designated alternate route.
Officials urged drivers to plan ahead and follow posted traffic signs around the closure area.
