Southbury saw 24 new business registrations in August, according to the Connecticut Business Registry. Residential landlords led the way with four filings, followed by software and IT firms and commercial landlords.
Subway Terps NYC was one of the more distinctive filings — a smoke shop — joined by Heritage Deli & Cafe CT, a quick-service restaurant and Rage Quit!, a gift shop. All but one organized as a limited liability company; the exception was a corporation.
