Here Are The Most Recent Property Sales In Southbury

Five Southbury homes recently changed hands, with sale prices ranging from $220,000 to $635,000.

From a Heritage Village condo to a colonial on North Poverty Road, Southbury's real estate market has been busy at every price point this stretch.

Five homes sold in Southbury between Sept. 10 and Sept. 14, with a top price of $635,000, according to Zillow.com.

The most recent closing in this batch is 122 Heritage Village, Unit B, which sold Sept. 14 for $348,000. The two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers 1,432 square feet of living space, at $243.02 per square foot.

155 Deer Hill Road sold Sept. 11 for $500,000. The three-bedroom, three-bath home spans 2,232 square feet on a 3.05-acre lot, at $224.01 per square foot.

The top price of the five belongs to 297 North Poverty Road, also sold Sept. 11, for $635,000. The four-bedroom, three-bath home offers 2,878 square feet on a 2.86-acre lot, at $220.64 per square foot.

201 Berkshire Road sold Sept. 10 for $220,000. The three-bedroom, one-bath home offers 1,312 square feet on a 10,019-square-foot lot, at $167.68 per square foot.

Also closing Sept. 10, 22 Heritage Circle, Unit A sold for $310,000. The two-bedroom, two-bath condo offers 1,398 square feet, at $221.75 per square foot.

What this says about the Southbury market: Two of the five sales in this batch were Heritage-branded condos under $350,000, while the three single-family homes ranged from $220,000 to $635,000 — a wider spread among single-family homes than among the condos, which landed close together.
