11 Southbury Open Houses This Weekend: Golf Course Views, Luxury Homes And More

From a newly built $1.1 million Colonial to a foreclosed condo with scenic views, Sunday's open houses offer plenty to explore.

SOUTHBURY, CT — Southbury's open houses are all on Sunday this weekend, and nine of the 11 are in Heritage Village. One of those is a foreclosed end unit whose deck overlooks the golf course, and the listings tout the community's pools, trails and woodworking and art spaces. The other two are a just-finished new Colonial on Holly Hill Lane and a home in Traditions of Southbury.

Eleven Southbury homes are holding open houses Sunday, Oct. 11, with prices from $259,000 to $1.1 million, according to Zillow.com.

336 Holly Hill Lane, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., $1.1 million. This completed 2025 Colonial on 2.25 acres has an expanded kitchen pantry, a main-floor study with a glass door, a mudroom with a built-in bench and an upstairs primary suite with a tray ceiling and dressing room. A sitting loft rounds out the second floor, and the lower level is planned for a future family room, gym, bedroom and bath. It's a four-bedroom, 3.5-bath home with 3,284 square feet.

17 Traditions Blvd., 1 to 3:30 p.m., $599,900. In Traditions of Southbury, which the listing describes as a community of free-standing homes with a heated pool and clubhouse, this 2005 home overlooks woods. It has a two-story entry, a butler's pantry, a family room with a fireplace and a finished walkout lower level of about 700 square feet. It's a four-bedroom home with two full and two half baths and 3,047 square feet; the HOA fee is $290 a month. Its price was cut by $18,100 on Oct. 6.

Nine condos in Heritage Village, which their listings describe as a 55-and-older community, are open Sunday:

991 Heritage Village #A, 10 a.m. to noon, $279,000. This Sherman model on the Hilltop near the pool has parquet floors and a pellet stove, and the listing invites buyers to update it. Cable and internet are included in the HOA. It's a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with 1,432 square feet; the HOA fee is $783 a month.

411 Heritage Village #B, noon to 2 p.m., $427,500. This renovated Country House model has only one adjoining neighbor, stone walls and a level lawn. It has a chef's kitchen with quartz counters, a wood-burning fireplace and new HVAC ductwork, windows and sliders. It's a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with 1,398 square feet; the HOA fee is $741 a month.

85 Heritage Village #B, noon to 2 p.m., $475,000. This renovated Sherman unit has a courtyard entry and a propane fireplace with a mantel, barn-board beams and a bluestone hearth. The kitchen was opened up for a coffee bar, and the windows are new Marvins. It's a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with 1,432 square feet; the HOA fee is $783 a month.

366 Heritage Village #A, 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., $275,000. On a corner lot that opens to a spacious lawn, this unit has a remodeled granite kitchen with a breakfast bar and a wood-burning fireplace. It's a two-bedroom, two-bath condowith 1,032 square feet; the HOA fee is $650 a month.

569 Heritage Village #A, 12:30 to 3 p.m., $305,000. This one-level unit has a remodeled kitchen, and its listing names the community's woodworking and art spaces, library and clubs among the amenities. It's a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with 1,032 square feet; the HOA fee is $682 a month. Its price was cut by $10,000 on Oct. 1.

895 Heritage Village #A, 1 to 3 p.m., $339,900. This Country House model in the Hilltop area has wood floors, newer windows and a private backyard lawn, near the pool and pickleball courts. It's a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with 1,398 square feet; the HOA fee is $775 a month. Its price was cut by $10,000 on Oct. 7.

883 Heritage Village #C, 1 to 3 p.m., $324,900. This fully renovated Hawthorne on the Hilltop, a level walk with no steps, has 9-foot ceilings, a brick fireplace, a new quartzite kitchen and a heat pump with central air. It's a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with 1,000 square feet; the HOA fee is $746 a month.

496 Heritage Village #A, 1 to 3 p.m., $259,000. This renovated end unit on the main level has no stairs, a wood stove insert and a courtyard entry with a garden and sitting area. It's a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with 1,076 square feet; the HOA fee is $702 a month.

559 Heritage Village #B, 1 to 3 p.m., $299,900. Listed as a foreclosure, this Sherman end unit has a private deck overlooking the Heritage Village golf course and is close to Ewald Park and the Pomperaug River. It's a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with 1,432 square feet; the HOA fee is $818 a month, including cable and internet.

Make a weekend of it: start at Holly Hill Lane or Heritage Village's 991 at 10 a.m., spend midday touring the village (most units open between noon and 3 p.m.) and finish at Traditions Boulevard, open until 3:30.
