No. 1 on the list is 224 Kuhne Road on Lake Lillinonah, asking $3,795,000. The new 6,548-square-foot house sits on 1.85 acres and has five bedrooms, six full bathrooms and one half bathroom. Every bedroom has its own bath, and there's room for a sixth bedroom. A two-story living room opens to the kitchen and dining room, and there are two offices. Rounding out the top three is a 1909 Victorian at 688 Main St. N., listed for sale by its owner at $1,550,000. The house was extensively renovated within the past two years and has 4,814 square feet on 1.39 acres. Zillow lists seven bedrooms and five full bathrooms. It has a kitchen with Thermador appliances, three fireplaces and a wraparound porch. It has been on Zillow for four days.
No. 4 is 251 Grey Rock Road, a 2005 custom Colonial on more than 10 private acres at the end of a cul-de-sac, listed at $1,395,000. The 5,851-square-foot house has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one half bathroom and got a new roof in 2025. It has been on Zillow for 21 days.
Closing out the top five is CORBO's second planned Willow Creek home, 183B Willow Creek Estates, at $1,390,000. The 4,001-square-foot plan on 1.13 acres has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. It has been on Zillow for 151 days.
