From Region 15 Schools: Author Sarah Albee, a New York Times bestselling author of more than 100 books for children, recently visited Long Meadow Elementary School in Region 15. Ms. Albee shared her writing process in an engaging and interactive presentation to the students using props and student participation.
Ms. Albee primarily writes nonfiction stories that are based on the intersection of history and science. Albee will be visiting all four elementary schools in Region 15. The author visits were made possible through the partnership between the Region 15 schools and the generous funding of the Parent Teacher Organizations.
