Big Lottery Prize Sold At Stop & Shop In Southbury

SOUTHBURY, CT — A winning scratch ticket worth $10,000 was recently sold at Stop & Shop in Southbury, according to the Connecticut Lottery.

A Southbury resident won $10,000 on a $100,000 CA$HWORD scratch ticket that was sold at Super Stop & Shop at 100 Main St. N in Southbury, according to lottery officials.

The CT Lottery no longer publishes winners’ names without their written consent in accordance with a new Connecticut law, which was effective Oct.1, 2025.
