Parent & Me Sports at YMCA Camp Oakasha in Southbury

The deadline to register for Parent & Me Sports at YMCA Camp Oakasha in Southbury has been extended!

Thanks to the chilly spring we're having, we've delayed the start of our Parent & Me Sports program until this Saturday, April 27.  That means there's still time to be a part of this fun, seven week program!  Children and parents will have the opportunity to learn new skills, work as a team, and meet new friends.  A parent of one of our previous Sports Spectacular participants had this to say about the class, "We had a fantastic time...at this age it is certainly difficult to keep these kids focused and always entertained, but I think this class was a terrific exposure of "sports" to young children."

These classes are open to children and parents from any of the surrounding towns!  Each class is $55 or $45 for Waterbury Y members.  Here are the class descriptions:

Parent & Me Sports Spectacular– An introduction to sports and healthy living for children ages 2-3 years and their parents.  Participants will play a different sport each week while developing skills and teamwork.
