The Church of the Epiphany Concert Series will host the Trio Insolito in a performance of chamber music on Sunday, October 5, 2025 at 3 pm. Trio Insolito, (meaning “uncommon trio” in Italian), describes both the instrumentation
and range of music played by this local woodwind threesome. Mikisha Odette and
Patricia Reinhardt on flute join with Ron Phelan on clarinet to offer performances
that include a variety of unique classical and contemporary arrangements. The
three musicians have formal training and participate extensively in community
ensembles including the Danbury Community Band, the Plainville Wind Ensemble,
Hat City Flutes, and East Hill Saxophone Quartet. The trio donates musical performances
to support local events, charities, church services, and programs for seniors.
