Calvary Arts Collective to Hold Art Show

Calvary Chapel Southbury’s Arts Collective group invites you to their first art show, based on the theme of “Refuge” and featuring art created by members of the group.  The event will be held on Friday, May 2 at 7:00 PM; the art will be on display in the church’s teen center until May 9.  All are invited to come, see the art and hear the Arts Collective band, “Imperial Boxtruck”, perform their original music.  Refreshments will be served.

The goal of Calvary Chapel Southbury’s Arts Collective is to encourage people to use and develop the talents that God has given them.  This group is open to anyone in the community who is interested in exploring their creative side, regardless of experience or skill level - this includes musicians, fine artists, writers, etc.  They meet on the first and third Fridays of each month.

Calvary Chapel Southbury is located at 134 Main St. S., Southbury, in the Bennett Square shopping center.  For more information, please call the church at 203.267.5441 or email calvary@calvarysouthbury.com
