CALVARY CHAPEL BEGINS "ART OF STICKING OUT" SERIES

SOUTHBURY, CT – Calvary Chapel Southbury has begun a new series entitled “The Art of Sticking Out: Called to Be More Than One of the Crowd.”

John Eastwood, Pastor of CC Southbury, explains that “In a world where everyone wants to be unique, it’s amazing how much we are alike. It seems like no matter how hard we try, we’re always one of a crowd. While some seek to distinguish themselves by the way they dress, the things they own or what they know, Jesus calls His followers to stand out in other ways. In this series, we will look at Jesus’ call for us to be more than one of the crowd. This isn’t six steps to make your life look better; this is a time to examine your heart and ask yourself what you want to be known for.”

Services are held at 9:00 and 11:00 AM on Sundays at 134 Main St. S., Southbury, in the Bennett Square shopping center. An evening service will also be offered beginning Sunday, February 8, at 7:00 PM. They provide children’s programs for all ages.
