Car Stolen, Others Broken Into in Southbury: Report

Southbury police are reporting a number of thefts from cars in town including one car stolen from the owner’s driveway early Monday, the Republican-American reports.

The car was stolen from a house at Woods Way Drive just before 3 a.m. Monday and was later found in Waterbury. There are no suspects.

Police also say cars in the area of Reservoir Road and Woods Way were also broken into and items including a GPS, wallet, money, and iPod were taken, the Rep-Am reports.

The cars were all left unlocked.
