Cases For Teens Charged In Southbury Fire To Be Transferred
The pair are also charged in the blaze that burned down Stratford's iconic Shakespeare theater in January.
SOUTHBURY, CT — The cases for two Stratford teens charged with setting six fires, including one in Southbury, are expected to be transferred and consolidated, according to the Connecticut Post. The Southbury fire occurred Jan. 15 at an empty Southbury Training School building.
Vincent Keller and Christopher Sakowicz, both 18, are also charged in fires that took place: Jan. 13 at the Shakespeare theater in Stratford, Feb. 8 at a vacant home in West Haven, Feb. 17 at the old Bilco Co. in West Haven, March 9 at Good Earth Tree Care in Stratford and March 23 at construction trailers in Silver Sands State Park in Milford, the Post reports. The cases will likely all move to Bridgeport Superior Court, where the Shakespeare case is being prosecuted.
