The Southbury Public Library Youth Services department is celebrating Read Across America Day 2021.

Join us Tuesday, March 2 at 12:00 pm on the Southbury Library Youth Services Facebook page. Miss Heather will read aloud stories to celebrate Read Across America Day. Catch us live or watch it later. This program is suitable for all ages No registration required.

Launched in 1998 by the National Education Association (NEA) and guided by a committee of educators, NEA’s Read Across America is the nation’s largest celebration of reading. This year-round program focuses on motivating children and teens to read through events, partnerships, and reading resources that are about everyone, for everyone.
