How long have you been doing the same moves? What equipment do you use? None, free weights, kettlebells? In our fast paced lives we often tend to settle into routines. Routines can be good, we get up, dressed, breakfast, etc with out much thought. In the Gym, routines may not be good. Doing the same exercise day in and day out may be easy and you feel good doing them, hey, at least you are working out, right? Change is good when you are working your muscles. Doing the same exercises time after time will train your muscles for that particular movement. After a while, you will reach a plateau, not feel as good, wont be as motivated, start working out less. To keep the spark alive with your workout plan, keep changing. Even doing the same movement with equipment will change the dynamic of the exercise. For example, doing a walking lunge to push press with kettlebells one session, and free weights the next will work the muscle in a different way, hence building different muscle's. Doing mountain climbers with a TRX one session and feet against the wall the next session will work your core slightly different, again, building different muscles. Take the plunge for change ! Experiment with different positions, equipment, moves. Soon you will back to your sparkling routine and back on your way to a beautiful body. Need some advice or coaching?
