The Southbury man , had his trial continued to Feb. 15 Tuesday.
Deane Moss, 49 of 516 South Main Street was due in court Tuesday to enter a plea, but reporting difficulty in finding a lawyer, he was granted a week to retain counsel.
Moss is charged with 15 counts of burglary after police say he sold the contents of a storage barn on the grounds of a house he was renting in October. Moss was barred from that barn by his lease agreement.

James Salva, 68 of Stone Mountain Georgia owned the property police say moss sold for just $18,000. Moss has said he was delusional at the time of the sale because of a chemical imbalance that he has since received treatment for.
