SOUTHBURY, CT — Coffee lovers in Southbury have something new to look forward to. Bruno's Cafe, a craft coffee spot with a loyal following in central Connecticut, is expanding with a second location.

A craft coffee shop known for its cozy vibe and locally loved menu, Bruno's Cafe is planning to open at 800 Main St. South, Southbury.

Although a dedicated menu for Southbury has not been released, customers can get a glimpse of the offerings from the Unionville menu, which serves a range of specialty coffee and espresso drinks alongside baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, paninis, and lunch options that have helped build a loyal following.

The Southbury expansion reflects continued interest in neighborhood coffee shops that double as gathering places — spots to meet friends, grab a quick bite, or settle in with a laptop and a latte. Once doors open, Bruno’s Cafe is expected to add another welcoming stop for caffeine seekers and baked-good fans alike.

For now, residents will have to wait just a little longer — but anticipation is already percolating.
