SOUTHBURY, CT — Southbury Police arrested a man on <a href="http://www.rep-am.com/local/news-local/2018/08/20/traffic-stop-leads-to-arrest-of-man-41-on-drug-charges/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">drug possession charges</a> after he was stopped in a vehicle that didn't have a registration plate.

Jason Kocenko, 41, of New Milford was stopped Saturday, according to the Republican-American.He was found to be in possession of crack cocaine, heroin and drug paraphernalia.
