Drugs On Lap Leads To Charges In Southbury: Report

The vehicle was stopped due to a motor vehicle violation, police said.

SOUTHBURY, CT — Jason R. Kocenko, 41, of New Milford, has been charged after a motor vehicle violation led to narcotics charges, the Republican-American reports. A Southbury police officer found crack cocaine and heroin on Kocenko's lap, the Rep-Am reports.

His vehicle was stopped on Fish Rock Road Saturday.
