DUI Driver Crashes Into Tree In Southbury: Report
The accused was also in possession of a gun, the report states.
SOUTHBURY, CT — John Lonegan, of Bucks Hill Road, is accused of driving while under the influence at the time his vehicle struck a tree on Dublin Hill Road just before midnight Sunday, the Republican-American reports.
The Rep-Am goes on to report that Lonegon had a gun in his possession and he was only supposed to drive cars with an ignition interlock device. Inside the car was a small amount of cocaine, beer cans and a flask, the Rep-Am reports.
He was released on a $15,000 bond.
