All boys and girls ages 10 to 14 are invited to shoot basketball competition. Age 10-11,6:00-7:00;12-13, 7:00-7:30; 14, 7:30-8:00. Entry forms are available at Southbury Park and Rec in Senior Center, Main St. South, Southbury. Additional forms will be available at the gym on the night of the competition. Participants are required to furnish proof of age and written parential consent.
It is a fun event. It is free. The event is sponsored by the Southbury Council 5066, Knights of Columbus. The Knights of Columbus provide teams to register, score, rebound and judge. All boys and girls who register and participate are given a certificate. Those who win in their boy girl age group are also given Champion Certificates.
