YMCA Camp Oakasha starts in just 5 short weeks and we're very excited about all the fun that's just around the corner! This will be our second year doing one week sessions, which makes it even easier for families to choose the weeks that will work best for them. And, one week sessions add even more variety into the mix, since we have 9 different themes to base our activities on!
Below are our session dates, themes, and field trips (which are every other week):
Session 1- 6/23-6/27- Green Week!
Session 2- 6/30-7/4- Super Hero Week! Field Trip to Quassy on 7/3, Pool Party on the 4th of July!
Session 3- 7/7-7/11- Color Games!
Session 4- 7/14-7/18- Rock Star Week! Field Trip for Bowling & Karaoke at Thomaston Lanes on 7/17.
Session 5- 7/21-7/25- Under the Sea!
Session 6- 7/28-8/1- Mad Scientists! Field Trip on 7/31 to the CT Science Center!
Session 7- 8/4-8/8- Home on the Range
Session 8- 8/11-8/15- Olympics Week! Field Trip on 8/14 to the Beardsley Zoo.
Session 9- 8/18-8/22- Pirates Week!
