Flu Clinic to be Held in Southbury This Week
Vaccines cost a minimum of $30. Several insurances are also accepted.

The Pomperaug Health District will be holding flu clinics at Southbury Senior Center on two days: October 1 and October 22nd from 10:30AM to noon.
The fees for the vaccines are as follows: quadrivalent injectable flu vaccine $30.00; FluMist nasal spray vaccine $30.00; Flublok injectable vaccine $40.00; and high-dose flu vaccine $40.00. There are two pneumococcal vaccines being offered: Pneumovax $105.00 and Prevnar $180.
The following health insurances are accepted: Medicare (Part B); ConnectiCare; Aetna; Cigna; and Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Insurance cards must be presented for each person receiving a vaccine. Please note that UnitedHealthcare and other insurances are not accepted. Persons with other health insurance or no health insurance must pay with cash, check, or credit card.
