The C.E.S. consultants, Tom Jokubaitis and Jim Ritchie, have distinguished careers in Connecticut schools that include time as superintendents, principals and consultants. Jokubaitis was a longtime superintendent in Wolcott and has been an interim superintendent in several places, including Region 15 and Torrington.
