Free Coffeehouse Musical Performance in Southbury

Allan J Studio, in conjunction with Southbury Parks and Recreation, will present a coffeehouse musical performance on Thursday, May 7, 2015 from 7 – 9 pm at the Southbury Parks and Recreation building. The main act for the evening will be Good Medicine Rx, a local duo featuring Jeff Duggan and Michel Rae Driscoll. Good Medicine Rx formed in 2012 to build a musical expression of love, harmony, and joy that could be shared with family, friends, and fans. The duo performs an eclectic repertoire of modern and classic tunes, with some originals as well.

Opening for Good Medicine Rx will be local banjo player David Karraker, and also singer/guitarist Levi Reynolds.

Admission is free, and there will be coffee and snacks available. It promises to be a fun evening of uplifting music!
