Future Of Soutbury Kmart Building Comes Into Focus: Report

The Zoning Commission took a key vote on the issue last week.

SOUTHBURY, CT — The town's Zoning Commission approved reducing the size of the current Kmart building by nearly 16,000-square-feet, which would allow the building to house several retailers once Kmart closes for good in November, the Republican-American reports.

The plans still need final approval. One of the new tenants would be Catalyst Health & Fitness, the Rep-Am reports. Renovations and parking upgrades are also planned.
