Why Go:  To celebrate the newest in the children’s book series Pinkalicious, Borders will host games, craft giveaways and a parade.  Suggested for children 4 to 8.

Where/When:  Friday, 5:45 p.m. – 9:45 p.m. 40 Church Hill Rd, Newtown

Why Go:  Bingo is entirely under-rated.  There are prizes and baked goods at this classic community game.

Where/When:  Saturday, 5 p.m. The Church of the Epiphany.

Why Go:  This one is all in the name; it is a ham and baked bean supper.
