Has Your Livestock Gone Missing? Southbury Animal Control Wants Your Help

Southbury’s Animal Control Officer has been busy lately responding to reports of roaming livestock of various sorts, from horses and cows to ducks and geese. Once the animals are contained, there remains the question of ownership – where does the animal belong?

To help our Animal Control Officer quickly find owners of livestock that may have escaped their enclosures, the Town has created a page on its website for livestock owners to list their animals. The information collected will not be used for any other purpose or transferred to a third party other than individuals working on behalf of the Town of Southbury.
