Have You Seen 'Honey'? Baby Deer Is On The Lam In Southbury
A bottle-fed 2-1/2 month-old fawn was spooked by a bear and high-tailed it out of her humans' home and into the wild.

SOUTHBURY, CT — Animal Control in Southbury is asking residents to be on the lookout for a 2-1/2 month-old fawn.
"Honey" has been bottle-fed by humans, but ran off after being spooked by a bear on Aug. 27. She has not been seen since.
The animal is wearing a white cat collar with an Apple tag on it, and was last seen on South Britain Road.

Animal Control is asking anyone who catches a glimpse of "Honey" to contact them at 203-262-0613, or the Southbury Police at 203-264-5912.
"Please don't chase her," Animal Control officials posted to social media. "We are hoping she will hang around where humans are and we can easily catch her."
