"Do you recognize me? I may have visited the Red Dog Salon. Southbury Police are investigating a shoplifting that occurred on July 11th at approximately 7:30 PM at the CVS on Depot Hill Road. The individual shown below was seen leaving the scene in a red SUV with merchandise that he did not pay for. Anyone with information is asked to contact Ofc. Deondre Pierce at 203-264-5912. All calls will be kept confidential. Please remember all individuals are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law."
