Heritage Village Water Company Invites Customers to an Open House
Heritage Village Water Company today announced that it is holding an Open House for customers on Friday, October 27.

From Heritage Village Water Company: Heritage Village Water Company today announced that it is holding an Open House for customers on Friday, October 27, between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. at the Sarah Cooke Hall, Activities Building, 11 Heritage Way, Heritage Village in Southbury, CT.
“This is a great opportunity for customers of Heritage Village Water to learn more about their water and wastewater service,” stated Maureen P. Westbrook, Vice President Customer and Regulatory Affairs. Ms. Westbrook further commented, “We consider it a privilege to serve our customers and look forward to meeting with them on October 27. Our employees will be available to answer questions and present information for customers about the company and about the service we provide.”
Ms. Westbrook noted that Heritage Village Water became part of Connecticut Water last spring. Connecticut Water is a water utility company with a strong record of providing customer satisfaction at world-class levels. Under Connecticut Water ownership, Heritage Village Water has launched a new website, offered a new online payment and E-billing feature, and is implementing operational changes to enhance water quality and service.

Among the information that will be presented at the Open House:
· Water quality and how to read the annual water quality report
· Review of information on Heritage Village Water’s new website (www.heritagevillagewater.com)
· How customers can protect themselves from imposters posing as utility workers
· How to sign up for E-billing
· A video tour of the wastewater treatment plant
· How Heritage Village Water protects its water sources and the Pomperaug River Watershed
The Open House will be held at Heritage Village in the Sarah Cooke Hall, Activities Building, at 11 Heritage Way.

The Heritage Village community access channel is also planning to show a video of the display booth presentations.
Heritage Village Water was acquired by Connecticut Water Service, Inc. (NASDAQ:CTWS) in February 2017. Heritage Village Water under CTWS ownership has access to the financial and managerial resources of one of New England’s largest water utility companies. The Open House is designed to showcase the enhancements that have been made, and to help customers take advantage of them.
Heritage Village Water serves about 5,000 water customers in the communities of Southbury, Middlebury, and Oxford, Connecticut, and about 3,000 wastewater customers in Southbury. Customers with questions about the Open House should call Heritage Village Water at 203-264-8100.
