I-84 Crash Leads To DUI Arrest

SOUTHBURY, CT — An East Hartford man was charged with DUI after a crash on I-84 July 6.

Witnesses told police that Raymond Wall, 55, had been following another vehicle too closely and that he threw an item out of his window before the crash, according to the Republican American.

The other involved vehicle had left the scene.
