UPDATE 11:10 a.m.: Police have opened up the left lane of traffic between exits 13 and 14
I-84 eastbound is closed between exits 13 and 15 after a tractor trailer carrying candy jacknifed across the highway just after 7 a.m.
State police say it will take about four hours to clear the crash. There were minor injuries, they said.
