Ladies Auxiliary of the Southbury Volunteer Firemen's Association Selling Mother's Day Flowers

On Friday, May 8th between noon and 7pm and on Saturday, May 9th between 9am and 1pm the front of the Center Firehouse at 461 Main St. South in Southbury will be transformed into a floral marketplace.

Once again the Ladies Auxiliary of the Southbury Volunteer Firemen’s Association will be selling beautiful hanging baskets filled with ivy geraniums, begonias, fuchsias, petunias and several other unusual varieties. These hanging baskets have proven very popular in recent years and our regulars know to shop early for the greatest selection. Flats of annual bedding plants and some perennials will also be on sale. Individual pots of geraniums, vinca vines, spikes and New Guinea impatiens will be available.

The Auxiliary would like to thank the community for its support, and looks forward to seeing many new and repeat customers on Mother’s Day weekend.
