Boy Scouts from Southbury Troop 1607 will be out and about this weekend collecting discarded Christmas trees from outside area homes. But, in order to take advantage of this great service, you must pre-register for tree pick up!
This program has been well received in past years and is a major fund raiser for the Troop, who uses the money raised from this event to help fund scouting programs throughout year and help their Charter Organization, VFW Post 1607. The cost for this service is only $10 per tree.
