We have said our last Alleluias in church until Easter Sunday. Wednesday will be our two services at noon or 7 pm. The services will be the Ash Wednesday Liturgy with (optional) imposition of ashes and Holy Communion. Next Sunday we will start our lenten program about the gifts God has given us by His Son's dying on the cross over 2,000 years ago. The study will start at 8:50 am and end at 9:50 am before the 10 am service. Father Marston Price will moderate the discussion group.
On March 15 our congregation will sponsor a St. Patrick's Day corned beef dinner. The meal will be served on March 15 at either 4:30 pm or 6:00 pm at the church, 262 Main Street North. (Snow date, Heaven forbid is Sunday, March 16). The price is $12.50 for adults or $6.00 for children under 6. (Hot dogs available for children.) Take out will be available but only if pre-ordered. Reservations are a must and can be made by call the Church office at 203.262.8150, or calling Judy at 203.264.8331 before March 13.
