Man Found with Drugs, Weapons in Car: Report
Southbury police say the vehicle also had significant damage to the vehicle.
Arthur A. Templeton, 22, of 110 South St. in Roxbury was found slumped over at the wheel at the Exit 15 commuter lot off of I-84 in Southbury around 7:15 a.m. Sunday, the Republican-American reports.
Police found narcotics, drug paraphernalia and weapons in the vehicle, which also had significant damage, police said.
No other additional information was released.
