National Retailer To Open In New, Larger Space In Southbury
A date for the store's reopening has been released.
SOUTHBURY, CT –Pet Valu, a specialty retailer of premium pet food, treats, toys and accessories, is re-opening its Southbury location on Saturday, March 2 at the Southbury Plaza. The new store will feature dog-wash stations and ‘Grooming Tails,’ Pet Valu’s pet grooming service, which provides spa treatments, nail clippings, haircuts and more, company officials announced in a news release.
Families and their furry friends are invited to the store for refreshments, raffles and prizes and kid- and pet-friendly entertainment. Several vendors within the pet community will be present at the re-opening as well. The event will run from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday’s grand opening also gives the Southbury community a chance to check out the pet products and services Pet Valu is known for, such as its self-serve dog-wash stations where customers are provided all the amenities needed – without having to clean up.
