Naugatuck Man Charged with DUI in Southbury: Report

Mark N. Trombetta, 32, Lantern Park, in Naugatuck was charged with DUI after his vehicle was stopped after he was allegedly driving erratically on Interstate 84 in Southbury by Exit 16 around 2:45 a.m. Saturday, the Republican-American reports.

Police say he drove erratically on I-84, turned off of the highway and continued to drive erratically before attempting to renter the highway before the vehicle was stopped.

Trombetta’s license had already been suspended for a prior DUI incident and his blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit, the Rep-Am reports.
