New Southbury Movie Complex Continues To Take Shape
The 42,500 square foot complex is located on Main Street South.
SOUTHBURY, CT — The Southbury Riverview Cinema and Playhouse continues to take shape, and the Main Street South complex appears to be on pace for completion in the coming months, reports the Waterbury Republican-American.
The 42,500 square foot facility will house eight movie screens, retail space, apartments and a restaurant, and developers have received interest from three different restaurants that would like to move into the space.
Recent snow and rain slowed construction a bit, but the project is back on track, according to the publication.
