No Cause Determined in Southbury Fire That Killed Two Dogs
The fire broke out at a home located on Berkshire Road in November.

The cause of a fire at a Southbury home on Nov. 13 remains undetermined, the Republican-American reports.
The fire destroyed the home and although no injuries were reported, two dogs and a rabbit died in the fire. State police investigators are assisting the local fire marshal’s office with the investigation, the paper reports.
According to the Southbury Volunteer Firemen’s Association website, the department was dispatched to the fully involved structure fire at around 11:30 a.m. Upon arrival, the firefighters found the house to be at a loss and the fire was extinguished an hour or so later.
