Obituary: ​Clifford (Cliff) Sperry Miller, 30, of Southbury

Clifford (Cliff) Sperry Miller, 30, of Southbury, CT passed away unexpectedly on August 22, 2016.

Cliff was born on July 7, 1986 to Steven and Diane (Jendrusch) Miller. He graduated from Pomperaug Regional High School in Southbury in 2004. Cliff then attended Porter and Chester Technical Institute, where he received a degree in HVAC services. He was an avid fisherman, wood worker, and loved reading Hemingway and various history novels in his spare time.

Cliff is survived by his mother and father, Steven and Diane Miller of Southbury, CT; younger sister, Katie Miller; grandmother, Virginia Jendrusch; aunts and uncles Laurie Clark, Alan Jendrusch, Ann Christenson, Larry Miller, Mary Margaret Fitch, and Kent Miller. Cliff is also survived by 14 cousins, with whom he shared many precious memories while growing up.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, A.C. and Imogene Miller of Poplarville, MS; maternal grandfather Leonard Jendrusch of San Antonio, TX; and beloved dog Rusty.

Calling hours will be held Wednesday August 31, 2016 from 4:00-6:00 pm at Sacred Heart Church, 910 Main Street South, Southbury, followed by a short service. Arrangements by Carpino Funeral Home, Southbury. For online condolences, please visit www.carpinofuneralhome.com
