Frank Joseph Shea, 87, of Southbury, died Wednesday, Oct. 19th at his home. He was the husband of Patricia (Orme) Shea. Frank was born April 11, 1929 in Manhattan, NY, son of the late Charles and Lillian (Lynch) Shea.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. Besides his loving wife of 63 years, he leaves six children: Linda McGowan, Edward Shea, Patricia Shea, Monica Puco, Kevin Shea and Timothy Shea, ten grandchildren: Sean McGowan, Katie Ciskowski, Kevin McGowan, Jennifer Coyle, Andrew Puco, Brendan Puco, Brian Shea, Thomas Shea, Gracie Shea and Maddie Shea; and three great-grandchildren: Declan Coyle, Owen Coyle and Brayden Ciskowski.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, Oct. 22nd at 10:00 a.m. in St. Teresa of Avila Church, 146 Main Street South, Woodbury. Burial will follow in New North Cemetery, Woodbury. Calling hours: Friday Oct. 21, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Carpino Funeral Home, 750 Main Street South, Southbury.
