Obituary: James M. Fitzgerald IV, 6

James was everyone's superhero. He was a very loving and happy boy. James had something special about him and he touched the hearts of all.

James M. Fitzgerald IV, 6, passed away on May 12 at The Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, in Hartford. James was born on February 16, 2012, in New Milford CT to James Fitzgerald III (Mike) and Beth (Martin) Fitzgerald.

James was everyone’s superhero. He was a very loving and happy boy. James had something special about him and he touched the hearts of anyone he met, that something was his super hero power. He loved his family and friends and was not shy about saying it. James will be missed dearly by all. His spirit will always live on through the lives he has touched. #JamesStrong!

James is survived by his parents, a sister Taylor Fitzgerald, his grandparents James and Linda Martin, Grandfather James M. Fitzgerald Jr, Uncle Billy Fitzgerald, Uncle Ken Martin, Aunt Jenn Martin, Aunt Leah Feliciano and Uncle Mario Feliciano. He also leaves several cousins and aunts and uncles.

Services for James will be held on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at 2:00 PM at the Roxbury Congregational Church, 24 Church Street Roxbury, CT 06783. Burial will be private.
