Jean had a long and varied life having been a 20-year employee of Exxon, an avid golfer, a harmonica player, a bridge player and an active member of Sacred Heart Church. Her biggest achievement in golf was a hole in one. Her harmonica playing was done standing on her head to delight her 28 loving nephews and nieces. They will sorely miss their “Jean-Bean”.

Jean was not just a member of Sacred Heart Church, she was a major part of the church for 30 years. She served as a Trustee of the Church, Chair of the Parish Council, a member of the Extend-a- Hand committee and an original member of the Mustard Seed committee. She received the Saint Joseph medal for Volunteerism from Archbishop Henry Mansell, a prestigious honor. And she was a very devoted and devout volunteer of the Parish Office!
