Obituary: Roland R. Grenier, Jr., of Southbury
He was currently employed by Shoprite of Southbury and he thoroughly loved his job, especially when customers acknowledged him.

Roland R. Grenier, Jr. beloved husband of Ann (Ferencek) Grenier of 24 years, passed into heaven on February 12th at Waterbury Hospital after complications of pneumonia and the flu. He was a graduate of Watertown High School and moved to Southbury in 1995 after marrying Ann, where he became a fond member of the community.
He had previously been employed by D G Precision Manufacturing in Woodbury as a machine operator, as well as The Lutheran Home of Southbury. He was currently employed by Shoprite of Southbury and he thoroughly loved his job, especially when customers acknowledged him and his conscientiousness.

Besides his wife Ann, he leaves his father Roland R. Grenier of Watertown, two brothers, James (Barbara) and Jeffrey as well as two sisters, Laurie (Richard), and Marcia (Steven). Two sons Christopher G. Grenier, and Roland R. Grenier III, five grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He also leaves his brothers-in-law Carl M. Ferencek (Marilyn) of Southbury, and Richard A. Ferencek (Mary) of Brattleboro, Vermont.
