Southbury - Virginia Boyd Gannon, 81, died peacefully on November 13, 2017. Mrs. Gannon was predeceased by her husband of 51 years, John A. Gannon. Mrs. Gannon was born in Trenton, New Jersey, daughter of Robert and Mary Boyd. She was a graduate of Centenary College and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.

She retired as an Executive Assistant from Pitney Bowes in Danbury, CT. Mrs. Gannon is survived by her three children, Ellen Jugler and her husband Sean, Mary Lee Gannon and Robert Gannon and his wife Debbie; four grandchildren, Joshua Jugler, Ryan Gannon, Shannon Jugler and Connor Gannon. Mrs. Gannon is also survived by her brother, John Boyd and his wife Lucy and their children, Christopher Boyd and Ashley Ibanez, her husband Santi Ibanez and their children, Elena and Gabriella Ibanez.
