Pensions Miscalculated For Some Southbury Retirees: Report

SOUTHBURY, CT — A total of 80 retirees will need to have their pensions recalculated after errors were recently discovered, the Republican-American reports.

It appears the retirees were underpaid and may be owed up to an additional $100,000 to $150,000, but town officials say the errors will not impact the tax rate, the Republican-American reports.
